If you used Browse to get a file, click in the box with the file name and press Enter.

Window Size: 640x480 800x600 1024x768

Pressing Reload fixes lots of problems with this program, like a blank window, or a missing image. Remember to rechoose the window size if you reload, because the value doesn't stay the same although it's selected. It defaults to 640x480.

After you press Start, to exit press the program's exit button (not the window's X close).
