With this Java Applet you can make buttons, scrolling text signs, titles, labels, etc. for your web page. With mouseover events for changing the background color or image. Below is a small example of what can be made. It works fine in Netscape, 3.04, Internet Explorer 3.0 and higher. I have fixed the bug that showed ????? in Netscape 4.x. I have added background image and mouseover image options.
